Makeev Stanislav

The well-known Russian taybokser, the repeated winner of professional and amateur tournaments on Thai boxing, was born on February 2, 1984 in the city of Prokopevsk of the Kemerovo region.

Stanislav started being engaged in Thai boxing since nine years. The talented boy since early years showed the strong will to win and high moral qualities that allowed it to achieve quickly enough good results and to become the real leader of the national team. In a track record of Makeev more than 50 various awards, including rank of the World champion. For sports merits in 2007 Stanislav Makeev was invited to grand welcome of the president of Russia Vladimir Putin and the Queen of Thailand by Sirikit that is huge honor for any athlete.

Stanislav Makeev graduated from the Kemerovo State University majoring in «Physical culture and sports» and now is engaged in trainer’s activity.

Many Russian and foreign experts agree in opinion that successes of athletes in the majority depend on the identity of the trainer. Besides professional knowledge, the instructor has to be the good psychologist and the born teacher, capable to find an individual approach to each pupil. Stanislav Makeev, having achieved considerable heights as the professional athlete, possesses all necessary qualities which have to be inherent in the modern trainer. Stanislav carefully prepares for each training, making the plan of occupations, making a start from level of preparation of group. After the end of occupations Makeev analyzes mistakes of pupils surely to pay attention to problem elements in further process of preparation of athletes.

On trainings at Stanislav the rigid discipline always reigns: all athletes are concentrated on accurately to carry out a task of the trainer and to achieve the maximum results. Stanislav, at all the severity, never raises the voice, with uvazheniye treating the pupils, is always reserved, punctual, built and a personal example teaches children to the responsible relation to training process. Despite the external severity sometimes adjoining on ruthlessness, children idolize the trainer because know that Stanislav very well treats them and worries about each pupil, though doesn’t show it. When on a ring his athlete acts, the impression is made that else slightly and Stanislav will jump through ropes and will start finishing the rival.

At competitions Makeev’s children show high command spirit, helping acting athletes to prepare for duels and supporting them during fight. Stanislav takes great pain to strengthen spirit of association and mutual assistance in group, emphasizing that they – team.
